The Contact Book is like your personal book of business cards: store business cards of your existing business partners and other contacts in it. Also, you can add new business cards when you exchange them with other members of Business Network and inviting other business people you know to join.
If your company's employees want to join the Network, they will be added to your company's Contact Book and they can create a communication network based on their job positions.
The Contact Book allows planning your daily business communication as you can add a written note to any contact person, to create reminders or make a to-do list to be in better control of your current business. These notes will be available to the author only.
Furthermore, it is possible to view details and status of invoices issued to partners or customers and mutual transactions, and to make comments or recommendations for a company you have had business with, that way increasing also your company's rating.
